Shipping within the United States

All shipping prices and order thresholds are in US dollars. Standard shipping costs $4.95 for orders below $100. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally process in 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 4–9 business days, Monday–Friday. Estimated total delivery time is 5–12 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, carrier delays or an incorrect address may affect delivery.

Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles), Monday–Friday. This timezone adjusts for daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking information is available, it is included in your shipping confirmation. Contact us promptly if an address needs to change or a parcel is delayed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.
